Welcome To PlainSense Wheelchairs!

MISSION

Our mission is to build a successful company by designing and marketing the absolute best mobility equipment for disabled children and their families. To create the next generation of pediatric wheelchairs by implementing our industry changing concept of "Transitional Mobility"TM.

"theBUG"

The Wheelchair that Keeps on Growing

We are the originators of Transitional Mobility (For More Info, see the navigation bar). This means that in a single mobility device, you get a lightweight, attractive, transportable unit that seamlessly transforms to meet the changing abilities of the growing child. Imagine the freedom of having a stroller, front wheel drive and rear wheel drive chair in one! Our new transitional wheelchair; theBUG, delivers years of cost savings, convenience and superior mobility.

An added bonus is the ability to Transition to Power! (For More Info, see the navigation bar) Utilizing our patented "Dock" interface, our upper seating assembly can be quickly transferred to a selection of power chairs!

In addition, we have greatly simplified the issue of adding seating and positioning devices on the wheelchair by utilizing flat aircraft aluminum seat and back platforms. Our system of "Hardware-Free" Seating (For More Info, see the navigation bar) has eliminated the need for troublesome flat surface to round surface attaching hardware. Also eliminated are the cost in both dollars and time associated with their attachment, adjustment and maintenance.

When you think about it,

Some Things Just Flat Make Sense.
